The Presence Projects presents episode 64 of the "Are You Being Present?" podcast series.  Join host Paul Kerzner for an educational and relevant presentation that introduces neutrality and the profound effect it can have on the Present Moment.

The title and topic of this episode is "Seeking Neutrality in the Present Moment" and was selected because of the usefulness neutrality has our ability to be Present regardless what is being experienced.  Paul explains that by seeking, and pursuing, neutrality we are better able to remain grounded into the Present Moment.  It is in this neutral state of being where clarity, stillness and peace can be achieved.

In this episode Paul introduces the listeners to the concept of seeking neutrality, regardless of circumstances.  While it is understandable that many people value positivity and resist negativity, it is in the state of neutrality that true Presence is embodied.  Paul explains that it is our perceptions and perspectives that identify people/places/things as positive or negative.  Being neutral, and Present, allows you to see people/places/things as they really are and not as you think they should/could be.

As always, it is advisable to listen to earlier podcasts that discuss other Presence topics and Presence Tools that can be implemented to help shift into the Present Moment.

The Presence Projects presents episode 61 of the "Are You Being Present?" podcast series.  Join host Paul Kerzner for an informative and relevant presentation that explores emotions and the impact they have on being Present.

The title and topic of this episode is "Honoring Emotions in the Present Moment" and was selected because Presence provides an opportunity to better understand and observe the emotions we experience throughout our lives.  By being Present with our emotions we can gain clarity, see them flow and be an active participant.

In this episode Paul explains the importance of being the observer of our emotions and the need to understand if they are relevant to the Present moment currently unfolding.  If the emotions being experienced are about the past or future it is important to use Presence tools to help shift into the here & now.  While it is true that some emotions are more challenging than others, Paul reminds us that nothing lasts.  If we can remember the impermanence of these emotions, they become much easier to deal with.

If you, or someone you know, has been feeling emotional and ruminating about the past or future than this podcast will prove to be quite important.

As always, it is advisable to listen to earlier podcasts that discuss other Presence tools that can be implemented to help shift into the Present Moment.
