In this podcast Paul explores a statement, and Presence affirmation, that he has used personally and shared with many people he has worked with. This statement is a powerful reminder that everything is ok, even if your mind is trying to make you believe the opposite. By releasing resistance, we can accept what is being presented to us and flow through it with grace and ease instead of frustration and stress.
In a previous podcast Paul focused on eventualities, this information is relevant to the belief that all is unfolding as it should. There are times we want to believe that we know better and that things should be happening differently. If we zoom out, understand eventualities, we can see how life is unfolding exactly as it should no matter what our ego tells us.
