The Presence Projects presents episode 73 of the "Are You Being Present?" podcast series.  Join Paul for a podcast that focuses on the perception of time and how it can be viewed differently allowing for more peace and Presence within your reality.

The title and topic of this episode is “Each Present Second Is a Gift".  In this podcast Paul explains the importance of seeing each Present second as a gift that is to be cherished and treasured.  Too often many of us distract ourselves, willfully and unconsciously, allowing Present seconds to pass us by and then end up in a state of lack and regret for losing these moments and worrying about the future moments to come.  By viewing each Present second as a gift we can fully engage life in the moment providing us with the ability to choose what we want to do, when we want to do it and with whom we wish to do it with.

The Presence Projects presents episode 60 of the "Are You Being Present?" podcast series.  Join host Paul Kerzner for an insightful discussion on the importance of being Present when feeling sick.

The title and topic of this episode is "Feeling Sick in the Present Moment" and was selected because feeling sick is an experience no human is absolved from here on Earth.  It’s common for most people to become idle, waiting for the illness to pass, but these moments can be difficult if being Present isn't a priority.

By waiting for health to return it becomes easy to slip out of the moment yearning for the future when all will be well but as Paul has discussed in previous podcasts the future is an illusion.  Also, when people become sick, they often start thinking of all the other times they weren't feeling well in the past and start ruminating which allows the ego to present a variety of triggers and Presence obstacles.

In this episode Paul explains how important it is to view sickness as an opportunity for Presence.  By implementing different Presence tools, you can stay in a flow state where the illness will have a beginning, middle and end.  Like with all things, there is an impermanence when it comes to being (and feeling sick) and Presence can be used in conjunction with other medications to provide relief.

If you, or someone you know, isn’t feeling well and wants to learn more about how being Present can help them feel better than this podcast will prove to be quite useful.

The Presence Projects presents episode 59 of the "Are You Being Present?" podcast series.  Join host Paul Kerzner for a practical and relevant presentation on perceptions and the effect they can have on the Present Moment.

The title and topic of this episode is "Shifting Perceptions with Presence" and was selected due to the profound influence our perceptions have on how we navigate this reality.  Being Present means that we can see our perceptions clearly and that we are able to shift towards a greater state of Presence when those perceptions no longer serve us.

In this episode Paul explains how the ego can manipulate and deviate our state of being by using past perceptions and injecting them into our Present Moments.  By using Presence Tools we can leave these perceptions in the past, where they belong.  This podcast is valuable because this is a topic that is not often discussed, yet it is important to address and exemplify.
